Is that not a thing of beauty? Living in New Orleans one sees lotsa fleur de lis images but I must say this is the most clean, stylized version I’ve seen and I understand it’s based on
ReX Dingler’s design. This pendant was hand-crafted by local artist Clare Marie who, lucky for you! - has an Etsy Shop called Sin.Thesis and a blog. A portion of the sales from her fleur de lis designs will go to ReX’s fight to keep public art alive in NoLA. That local bundle of blogging energy known as Liprap has an AMAZING post about NoLA Rising and ReX’s struggle with the grey ghost of gloom and doom.
